£495 single accommodation, all inclusive (limited availability)
The atmosphere at Stanton is magical. Exquisite countryside and a house that exudes care and welcomes you on retreat. Home-cooked food and Joanne’s thoughtful, real and at times irreverent guidance. The company of like-minds, with time for solitude too.
Our theme on this special weekend is nourishing the nurturer in each of us. We all having nurturing instincts and roles – caring, growing, guiding and protecting families, friendships, projects, and people. Falling on Mothers’ Day weekend, we will take time to give back to ourselves and to each other – drawing on the deep well of yin yoga wisdom to rest body and soul on this nourishing retreat.
Joanne will be sharing skills for emotional and physical resilience, alongside experiential sessions in restorative and yin yoga, walks in the Cotswolds countryside, deep relaxation, Reiki treatments and time to just rest.
Whether you want to gain insight, to make change, or simply to get away, our light-hearted powerful processes and incisive coaching will create the conditions for you to rest and find some ease with the questions you’re currently living.
We arrive for 6pm on the Friday and depart by 3pm on the Sunday.
Book through Joanne Sumner 020 3952 8552 or firstname.lastname@example.org
We do hope you will join us.
“Thank you for introducing me to a new world I knew nothing about”
“Thank you for your enthusiasm and sense of fun in helping make my experience at the retreat so enjoyable, once again. I felt relaxed and nurtured and looking forward to the weeks ahead.”
“I am so happy I finally made it to one of your retreats 🙂 It was a wonderful few days away – extremely relaxing and beneficial in so many ways. The programme included everything that I would have wanted and it was lovely to be with people that I felt so comfortable with. It was great to have the time to reflect and receive guidance – a very special experience.
I really loved the evening celebration for the summer solstice!
Thank you so much for all the work that you put into providing such an amazing weekend, and please thank Neil again for the superb food (especially the profiteroles…)”
“Jo is a fantastic teacher! She loves what she does and that always comes through. In my sessions with her in yoga, meditation and on retreats I have experienced incredibly well-planned organisation as well as genuinely loving support. Her humour, truthful perception, knowledge and kindness always leave you feeling uplifted.”
“Joanne takes exquisite care in her work and this comes through at every stage of her clients’ experience. Having worked very closely with her for many years in my capacity as both her client and fellow facilitator and coach I have experienced first hand the meaningful results of her work. She has the perfect blend of deliciously irreverent humour, sophisticated awareness in her chosen field and dedication to doing things well, which make her a wonderful and expert companion when navigating your journey with yoga and meditation.”
“Thank you for a lovely few days of relaxation and reflection. As always, it was inspiring to be able to spend time in your company and to talk things through. I felt a huge benefit from that. Thank you for the flower remedy, I have been using it today. It is certainly helping me to stay focussed on keeping myself grounded.”
“Thank you again for such a wonderful experience this weekend. It delivered exactly what I didn’t completely know I needed in terms of healing and also energetically. I have learned so much and shall treasure the output of my gluing and sticking throughout 2019. 🙂 I have also enjoyed journaling for the first time and will use it to work through some what ifs.”
