Classes at Joanne Sumner WellbeingMeditation is a simple but powerful way to relax yourself, to connect with your deeper self.

Meditation heals the heart and emotions and strengthens your immune system, helping you to deal with stress and anxiety in your everyday life.

With you in mind at all times, we work together in classes to help you balance relaxation with your work and lifestyle.

We welcome both beginners and clients who already have different levels of experience of meditation practice and techniques to our weekly meditation classes.

Yoga is a beautiful and ancient tradition incorporating physical posture, breathing control, stretching techniques to bring peace and calm to the body and mind.

Classical Hatha Yoga is the tradition that Joanne teaches and embraces.

Joanne’s classes teach you flexibility, how to strengthen and align your body, with relaxation and meditation elements too.

The sequences enable you to experience a sense of flow, a sense of becoming attuned to your body and to your energy and bring a deep sense of well-being.

Classes are available on a drop in basis during the May half term week – please use the book online button. Otherwise, the next term dates are 4 June – 25 July 2018, with a two week break for the second half of June.
